With over 18 years staffing experience and 10 years as a business owner, Sandy understands it’s the team you have in place that determines the outcome of a company’s success. Knowing the challenges in finding, motivating and retaining strong employees, Sandy is able to offer the platform and guidance that promotes a culture of quality employees. TAYLOR FERGUSON

With a combined 7 years of staffing and customer service experience, Taylor has the natural “knack” for finding top talent and matching the best candidates to our client’s open positions.
