We are seeking a  Receptionist in Wixom, MI.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00/Hr. (Weekly Pay)

Position: Full time, Temp-to-hire opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner; as well as answer questions
  • Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting identification as necessary Maintain visitor logs for individuals entering the front door
  • Maintain reception area, conference room, and common area in a clean and tidy manner
  • Assist in the development of estimate and proposal documents and packages
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed, inclusive of office supplies and product samples
  • Maintain general office filing system
  • Receive and send required deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, printing, faxing, and taking notes

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment; administrative and clerical procedures
  • Strong phone skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Software
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Punctual and well organized
  • Ability to lift up to 15lbs throughout the day
