We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in Plymouth, MI.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $18.00/HR Weekly pay periods

Position: Full-time, Temp-to-hire opportunity
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner; as well as answer questions
- Maintain reception area, conference room, and common area in a clean and tidy manner
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed, inclusive of office supplies and product samples
- Maintain general office filing system
- Organize conference room for meetings and schedule luncheons
- Receive and send required deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, printing, faxing, and taking notes
Requirements and Qualifications:
- MUST have 2 years performing administrative duties
- Self-starter and multitasker
- High School Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Excel experience
- MUST have strong data entry and analytical experience
- Needs to work well in a team environment and take instructions from the team leader
- Must be willing to do all work-related tasks from filing to data entry
- Punctual with a good job ethic
