We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in Plymouth, MI.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $18.00/HR Weekly pay periods

Position: Full-time, Temp-to-hire opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner; as well as answer questions
  • Maintain reception area, conference room, and common area in a clean and tidy manner
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed, inclusive of office supplies and product samples
  • Maintain general office filing system
  • Organize conference room for meetings and schedule luncheons
  • Receive and send required deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, printing, faxing, and taking notes

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • MUST have 2 years performing administrative duties
  • Self-starter and multitasker
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • MUST have strong data entry and analytical experience
  • Needs to work well in a team environment and take instructions from the team leader
  • Must be willing to do all work-related tasks from filing to data entry
  • Punctual with a good job ethic
