We are currently seeking an Office Clerk in Plymouth, MI!


Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $18.00/HR Weekly pay periods

Hours: Full Time, Temp-to-hire

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • File and mail invoices and documents
  • Distribute faxes from Japan
  • Manage the mailroom functions
  • Prepare, schedule, and confirm travel arrangements
  • Manage security access in the lobby including ITAR screening
  • Coordinate, schedule, and distribute company announcements, annual corporate meetings, company events, corporate calendars, and departmental changes
  • Manage printing requirements and office and kitchen supply inventory
  • Provide support to employees for special projects and general clerical duties
  • Process product information requests and track daily yen rates
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of Receptionist/Administrative experience required
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • High School Diploma
  • Must maintain a high degree of professional presence
  • Must be a team player and consistently demonstrate a good attitude toward internal and external customers
  • Demonstrates a passion for the success of the business at all levels within the organization
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to succeed
