Job Summary:
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for supporting distributors and end-users regarding software support and data subscriptions while being a company representative and liaison for both distributors and end-users.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/HR. Weekly Pay!
Position: Full time, Temp-to-hire opportunity
Duties and Responsibilities:
- First-line support for immediate phone and email response through Fresh Desk ticketing software
- Provide distributors and end-users with technical support for software, Bluetooth, Update DVD, and datasheet issues
- Generate and provide lock-up codes, including confirming successful access by customers
- Provide software installations on customer computers
- Provide distributors and end-users software registrations
- In-house set-up of Point X laptop computers including software installation
- Set-up and maintain customer information in Chargebee as well as, SalesForce and Vision Web systems ensuring SOX compliance
- Support Accounting Department with processing data payments, as needed
- Generate statistical analysis
- Support customer relations
- Perform other duties or functions as requested by the Software Support/Data Department Supervisor or other authorized personnel
- Stop operations as necessary to prevent suspect or nonconforming material from leaving the processes properly identified
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Two years of related experience
- Must be proficient with Computers, Microsoft Software
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and a strong sense of urgency
- Reliable transportation
- Organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
