Customer Service Representatives- Remote

Must be available to travel to Wixom, MI to complete the onboarding process to be considered for this position.

This company is the world leader in database development and implementation of software services for the automobile and insurance claims processing industries. Supporting software systems for a large variety of insurance companies and auto repair collision shops.

Hours: Monday – Friday, MUST be available between 8:00am – 8:00pm

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00/HR. DOE

Position: Full Time, Temp-to-hire opportunity

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, and scheduling calls
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Software- Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and stay on top of several things at once
  • Strong data entry experience
  • Must have 3-4 years of strong Customer Support experience
  • Provide a professional, upbeat attitude while speaking with new and existing clients
  • Grammar-free errors when creating and updating client accounts
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Must have reliable internet
