ASSEMBLER/MACHINE BUILDER- Wixom, MI

Hours:
1st shift: Monday – Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm
2nd shift: Monday – Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00/HR. DOE
Position: Direct Hire
Requirements and Experience:
- Assembly of high-pressure water blasting systems having critical tolerance and strict inspection requirements
- Must possess strong mechanical aptitude and skills
- Must have ability to use all shop related equipment and possess a general understanding of blueprints
- Must have 1 to 3 years assembly experience
- Must be able to perform skilled fitting, aligning, and adjusting
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision from manager
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and do frequent reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, and working from the floor underneath units
- Prefer vocational/trade school training
- Must have a minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Hours vary due to new social distancing requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours along with mandatory overtime as necessary including some Saturdays
- A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required
- Must have own hand tools- toolbox with sockets, rachets, drills, hammer, screw drives, etc.
