GreatStaff Solutions is seeking an entry level admin/recruiting assistant in our Wixom, Michigan office.  This position will support the Recruiting Manager with phone calls, administrative tasks, as well as client/candidate communication and follow up.  This entry level position is ideal for anyone wanting to learn the staffing industry and has a wiliness to learn many aspects of the business.  It also provides a pathway to becoming a full time Recruiter down the road, should this be of interest, however, this is not a requirement.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • 1 year office setting experience
  • Computer skills working with standard office software, i.e., Microsoft Office, Outlook, QuickBooks, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic with the desire to learn
  • Strong attendance record
  • Outgoing positive attitude who enjoys communicating with customers/candidates
  • Ability to work 8 am – 5 pm; M-F without personal obligations/conflicts


  • Pay rate $16.00 per hour
