We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in Wixom, MI.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/HR.

Position: Full Time, Temp-to-hire opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Customer service troubleshooting
  • Complete day-to-day functions such as answering calls, filling, record keeping, and responding to internal and external request
  • Data entry for invoicing
  • Assist with shipping and receiving
  • Process credit card orders
  • Perform all office tasks as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Administrative or Office experience
  • Strong data entry experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Microsoft Software
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation
