Elise was recently employed at Victory Automotive Group as a Call Center Agent where she handled inbound calls from customers looking to schedule service appointments. She created and utilized scripts, along with making outbound calls to customers making them aware about a recall on their vehicle and then scheduling service appointments for them at their local dealership. She utilized dual computer monitors along with documenting every step she took with the customer within their customer warranty account. Prior to Victory Automotive Group, Elise worked for Citibank for 19 years as an OPS Assistant where she handled inbound and outbound calls from customers looking to transfer loans from another financial institution. She would walk them through the procedure and the forms she would need, she would take calls from other financial institutions when someone wanted to transfer their loan out of the bank. She went over invoice discrepancies, sent out emails, and she would also enter financial information into the computer. I was highly impressed in the interview with Elisa regarding her very upbeat and positive attitude, Elise is looking to further her career with a long-term position in Customer Service where she can grow within a company and utilize her customer service skillset, as well as achieve all and any goals given to her..
